Thanksgiving day
People do rejoice over
But Turkey weeps.

Our lady of freedom
Prison walls do not deter her
Burmese Nobel Suu kyi.

Trichy a laughing stock
Untouchability walls
Madness and blunder.

Autumn's fury up
Koreans do exercise
Only to wither.

Trees clothed in white
Not monsters,not dragons but
Only ice and snow.

Nothing can stand
Against people's unity
The Berlin wall.

Sharks in Atlantic
Live in great danger now
Time to harvest.

Spring in action
Red blossoms burst in smile
Pleases the human eye.

Around my house
Red sea of flowers surround
What a beauty!

Snow flakes everywhere
To be or not to be
Winter the question.

Great Wall Of China Still Glitters !

The great wall of China,a monument of global wonder,
A gigantic dragon that winds up and down,
Unification of its geography the wall doth thunder,
Goes across deserts, grassland and mountains its own.

Five Thousand Five Hundred miles from East to West,
Two Thousand years,Three Lakh men did its construction,
A strong fortification in the north never been dreamt,
The greatest landmark and the greatest fascination.

A natural defensive barrier, mightiest work of man,
Protection against intrusion,the Ming Dynasty's boon,
Impossible things made possible, that man alone can,
It's visible to the human eyes, even from the moon.

All domestic narrow walls will perish and wither,
Walls built on great vision will stand and glitter.

Untouchability Walls In Trichy !

Trichy in TamilNadu,South India a national shame,
Here only the Untouchability Walls take pride,
Waging war against Dalits for years,their only game,
Barrier,discrimination and casteism take a ride.

Twenty Five years of untouchability,a monument of crime
At Edamalaipatti a caste-barrier the state demolished,
Twenty years of heart-ache at Uthapuram a bad rhyme-
Another distress to Dalits,a bitter segregation ended.

Whole Trichy stands fragmented by narrow domestic walls,
Here no honour to Gandhi,Ambedkar,Periyar or any heroes,
In graveyards too such walls reign,how many unknown falls?
In the map of India Trichy undesired dot of many sorrows.

The Great Wall Of China exhibits a global wonder,
Alas!Trichy exposes nothing but madness and blunder.

Devil Is A Devil Known Or Unknown!

Known devil is better than the unknown devil,
We know its tricky ways, that are so vicious,
Only can reduce its damage,can't better the evil,
Can't escape its implications,so deep and serious.

Devil is a devil whether known or unknown,
Whose aim is the same to kill the human soul,
Makes the victim the enemy of God and be gone,
All anti-Christ and devil's children,its goal.

The unknown devil whether human or inhuman,
Its an embodiment of wickedness to the core,
A serpent in the Eden touched the father of man,
The devil spat pain and sorrow,joy was no more.

A war loomed against the devil,a warrior came,
The devil, Jesus did defeat and Jesus did tame.

Suu Kyi ! Prison Walls Never Deterred !

Suu Kyi was honoured with a Nobel Peace Laureate,
Who opposed authoritarian rule,faced detention,
A simple Burmese woman of Myanmar,a true democrat,
Fifteen years of jail,a sad tale of the nation.

In traditional jacket with a flower in her hair,
When released people thronged to cheer and to chant,
She a symbol of democracy and unity,a metaphor fair,
The whole of Southeast Asian nation was much jubilant.

For the people of Myanmar,old Suu Kyi did represent,
Freedom,equality,fraternity,the jewels of a nation,
Peoples'cause made even Gandhi and Mandela to revolt,
When freedom won,they earned peoples' admiration.

Suu Kyi came out of the prison,she had emerged stronger,
The high walls of the prison could never,ever deter her.

The Captain Of The Mountain !

The untold story of the saddest dark day,
When sea was aggressive in fathoms and in surface,
A submarine on mission ran into trouble all the way,
Unperturbed captain stood yet with a grimmer face.

Submarine was out of control,recuperation not known,
Captain urged all the crews to escape one by one,
When all escaped,Alas!the captain was all alone,
He tried at last,but sank along with submarine down.

Here is another,The Captain Of The Mountain,
Who died on the cross for the sins of mankind,
Brought the humanity to life,an everlasting fountain,
Oh! How man proved so much wicked and most unkind.

The Captain for His people embraced Mount Calvary,
Alas! Redemption came only after gruesome history.

Obama Makes No Drama !

Your maiden visit to India,Oh! President Obama!
Oh!What a thunder in Mumbai,what fame,what name,
Attracted Indians as Mark Antony did,made no drama,
Your speech silenced Indian enemies,put them to shame.

Our relationship based on the concept of democracy,
Of Abraham Lincoln, India as a nation we ever stood,
Your honour to Mahatma Gandhi,a tribute and a legacy,
You showed good will,transparency and at heart so good.

We have been ever the nations of the same feather,
That we did love democracy and totally did hate terror,
Your visit a marriage of the two great nations for ever,
Noblest Obama highlighted India in to a spotless mirror.

Here after two way dynamism there for ever to support,
So India and America march forward with greater rapport.
