Unshakable faith even shakes mountains,
In torments too the faith of the just lives,
In fire it resurrects, more strength it attains,
As withered tree in season, faith also believes.
Although the fig tree shall not blossom,
Neither shall be fruits in the vines,
The fields shall not yield cause no worrisome,
The flock shall be cut off,no herd in the stalls.
Yet in the Lord of salvation I rejoice and greet,
The Lord God is my strength, my heart pleases,
He will make my feet as that of the hinds feet,
And He will make me walk upon mine high places.
Whatever be,on strong footing faith shines,
But when we stagger and waver faith darkens.

Nobel Revolution In Oslo !
Liu Xiao honoured with a Nobel Peace Prize,
A shock wave went through China as Beijing cold,
Comrades from authoritarian sleep never did rise,
The humanist and the democrat, world did applaud.
Liu Xiao stood for human rights and democracy,
Greater political freedom for China he did advocate,
On Christmas Day Liu was jailed without mercy,
Eleven years of jail term,he languishes till date.
His efforts since Nineteen Eighty Nine did perform,
Professor and lead author of the progressive Charter,
A Manifesto that called for democratic reform,
The state called him a criminal,a subversive later.
What a great Nobel Revolution in Oslo !
Fittingly awarded true comrade Liu Xiao.

O! God ! How Long Will You Slumber !
O ! my God! Why and How long will you slumber?
Don't You 've eyes to see and ears to hear?
And how long should I wait for You to answer?
You 've not heard my cries, with alarm I do fear.
Whether your angels put You behind bars and guard,
Do You become deaf and dumb and really do slumber,
Do You 've my name drawn in your palm,O!my God ?
My afflictions grow day by day and out number.
Me, not better than your birds and lilies of the field,
My hairs do often fall,do they've your renowned permit?
Me, not better than your deers,my legs why paralysed?
Tied to bloody bed and bloody wheel chair, condemn it.
My God ! to the heaven of freedom atonce awake,
With thunder and lightning healing kindly make.

A Beginning In The End !
Illiteracy, the real darkness the nation gropes in,
At least light a candle, the darkness goes out,
Wipe out illiteracy or we commit a grievous sin,
To make a billion people literate,we need effort.
In good stead literacy movement in India did click,
Rural folk, elderly illiterates were seriously taught,
Three R's the simple Reading,Writing and Arithmetic,
In groups on the streets, vicious illiteracy was fought.
Young volunteers with a zeal the work they took up,
Gathered mass after sun-set to eradicate darkness,
New volunteers took charge of emerging new group,
Learning process continued, its a blessing witness.
A new tide of educators came only to find,
A new beginning in each and in every end.
