Lonely Child Never Lonely !

A lonely way to a lonely land of tales,
In between a lonely stream that flows,
Where lonely hills look at lonely vales,
Reminds me of the untold war woes.

A lonely nightingale sings a new song,
The bird pours out heart over a loss,
Nay it's a cry,I may not be wrong,
And how I wish to weep along,Alas!

A lonely colourful butterfly on its wings,
As a lonely moon in the lonely sky,
Visits often, like those majestic kings,
Amid twinkling stars in the great high.

Heavens' protect every lonely child,
Here or there or anywhere in a wild.

No Hanuman No Ramayan !

In Ramayan Hanuman an immortal,
His love for Rama and Sita a devotion,
Who made the epic complete and total,
His services never been an exaggeration.

He flew over the sea, challenged Ravana,
Exhibited the valour of the monkey army,
Devastated the whole of Lanka, located Sita,
Lifted Dronagiri with powerful Sanjivani.

Life restoring herbal,revived Lakshmana
Or distraught Rama would've given up war,
The epic knew of Hanuman's love for Rama,
If no war, no Ramayan, epic a dream afar.

When he tore open his strong chest,
To show Rama and Sita in his heart.

" Take Away The Stone " !

Jesus asked to "Take away the stone",
But Martha interfered and sadly said,
Since four days already been gone,
Brother's body would have been decayed.

When Lazarus died Jesus wept alone,
"Lazarus come forth", echoed there,
Asked again to "Take away the stone",
Lazarus came alive from the sepulchre.

In our day to day life we meet stones,
Stones small or big or be mountain,
Broken spirit may even dry up bones,
Even our fall may be very much certain.

Stones, calamities or whatever call upon,
The Lord is there to take away the stone.

One Solution For All Ills !

Man has to battle against all sorrows,
Some are simple, some are serious,
No exit seen,only bleak tomorrows,
Oh! some are quite dangerous.

There is a panacea for all ills,
For many it may cause surprise,
The shining moon seen from the hills,
Drives out darkness and the sunrise-

Brings in cheers,sorrows disappear,
For all sorrows there is one solution,
The " Word of God " the only armour,
That gives everlasting life of perfection.

The living words of the holy scripture,
Obtains for us only immense rapture.

Martha And Maria !

A missed ball and a missed opportunity,
But many more worries did upset her,
When peace so near,a beautious serenity,
Failed to grasp the need of the hour,

Turn around just slipped in to disregard,
But many are like Martha who stand,
Cumbered,looked grim and haggard,
Do not see things so near and so grand.

To lose,to wither and at last to exit,
"The Resurrection and Life " was near,
They looked afar only to be dismayed at,
Only Maria found,Martha worried ever.

Oh ! Redeemed and quenched sat Maria,
Distract'd and disappoint'd stood Martha.

Gratitude To Beatitude !

Dreams alone do not a living make,
Certain ideals in life we need to take,
Never be always a taker, you just break,
Rise high, be a giver for heaven'sake.

The righteous and the peacemakers live,
God gives them, all the earth to inherit,
For ever in the good book of God believe,
Blesses the meek and poor in spirit.

He gives seasons,sun and sunshine,
The onerous gifts of God to humanity,
Moon and moonlight and mercy of rain,
Mankind should ever thank the Almighty,

Take solace and comfort in the beatitude,
For blessed new life be ever with gratitude.

Love Never Dies But Lives !

Love never dies but lives,
In stately Taj stands the marble tomb,
Memory perpetuates,so he grieves
No solace but dismay and gloom.

Nor that lust or sex that lives,
But love alone lasts longer,
In Taj love never deceives,
Beyond Pluto's region too its stronger.

Shah Jahan loved and died,
But my friend loved Mumtaz more,
His poem World University honour'd,
His monument on the Yamuna's shore.

His poem outshines the marble in bliss,
As strange lover in quest let me kiss.

Flowers Speak Colors !

I wandered lonely in a vacant mood,
To find solitude in joyful bowers,
There in a valley of lush green wood,
There I found a great band of flowers.

'White lilies',' Yellow primrose','Bluebell',
Together with'daffodils and 'periwinkle'
'Tricolor pansies' 'White daisies'did dwell,
In 'yellow' and 'blue-violet'did twinkle.

But yonder smiling host of 'Prickly rose'
Lent its sisters its own fragrance,
Its a passion to my bosom so close,
Yet remained in charming appearance.

In jocund array I found 'Rose' flowers,
In white, red, pink and in yellow colors.

Roses Of Heaven !

I brought a sapling of Rose,
From the beauteous Kashmir,
She smiled there in the nadir,
To my bosom she was close.

In the soft corner of my garden,
I planted the Flora Incarnate,
With a view my house to decorate,
Evinced utmost care my two children.

Watered my elder son Tennyson,
Its growth by every inch they know,
Like children jubilant over rainbow,
Extremely glad my other son Emerson.

I can't narrate how the fantastic two,
Grew up along with the sapling good,
Focused at the plant all their mood,
More than themselves began to woo,

It stood erect with many more buds,
Emerson's hand worked out fence,
Tennyson's canal full with water hence,
In happiness flew up their joyous heads.

The first rose that began to blossom,
At the new born babe like the parent,
On the penitent God's love apparent,
My rosy children looked so handsome.

The plant bloomed many luscious roses,
Attracted many their sweet smell,
To neighbouring children rang the bell,
They thronged with all their forces.

My own and other innocent children,
Looked at the brimming roses innocent,
The gay children better roses God sent,
They are the very Roses of Heaven.

A Holy Tree Of Glee !

There is a holy tree,
Whose roots go upwards,
Devoted to its Master's words,
Yet it lives in gay merry.

Its branches herald peace,
To the sinners here,
A green abode dear,
Consoles its fanning breeze.

It bears sweet fruits,
Those who consume shine,
With radiance of planets nine,
And it bears without roots.

Its innumerable leaves,
Remind tragic notes of a sage,
Who, born to die for all age,
For Him who really grieves?

A wondrous tree,
Ever thought provoking,
Represent our holy king,
Yet it stands in human glee.

Its heavenly shade,
A paradise on earth,
And a symbol of birth,
In heaven Jesus made.

A tree of superior race,
It descends from God above,
Which Christians fondly love,
It's Christmas tree of grace.

The Dreams That Came True !

Egyptian King Pharaoh had two dreams,
Seven fat cows came up from Nile River,
And munched on reeds by the stream,
The king disturbed in sleep did shiver.

Again he saw seven different thin cows,
Ugly and hungry emerged from the river,
The thin cows ate all the fat cows, alas !
The king stood turbulent,did bewilder.

The king dreamt, saw seven heads of grain,
Healthy and full in the very same stem,
Further saw seven thin heads of grain again,
All the seven healthy ones, thin did consume.

The two dreams conveyed one message fine,
Seven years of plenty, seven years of famine,
To happen, let the king be cautious for whatever,
Dreams came true as told by Joseph the Dreamer.

Waves Of Tears !

The cry of the poor nations echoes,
The agony, teardrops and throes,
The people face a murky tomorrow,
Unheard and unsung,sink in sorrow.

The world has lost all brotherhood,
Conscience too somewhere hath fled,
In eloquent silence people grieve,
Amid torturing woes they yet live.

And so the teardrops still echo,
Cry for panacea who doth know?
All that human love, the world shuns,
Man after man in misery runs.

Oh! he hath failed to learn from Nature,
And to build a happy home for future,
When the sweeping waves of tears surge,
Alas ! the world can't but submerge.

White At First Sight !

Isaac Newton an authority of white light,
Composition of colours blend human eyes,
We love white at the very first sight,
Rose,Lily,Tulips dressed in white look nice.

Polar Bear, Pig and Ant in white we love,
Snow, Alabaster,Silver Waters we admire,
Waves,Surfs and Fountains are from above,
Gaudy we hate, white we do always aspire.

The Messengers of God are but white Angels,
The Holy Spirit descend always as a white dove,
Jesus transfigured in white, whiter than pearls,
Mercy from the Holiest is but white from above.

There are intangible whites clothed in beauty,
As Honesty,Purity,Simplicity and Humility.

Horror In The Mirror !

I looked in to the mirror to see my face,
That everyone loved and was so kind,
The face that ever did shine with grace,
Showed the index of my very sad mind.

Forty winters all in one besieged my brow
No spring of joy, there was only timid flower,
The lovely April seen, woes stood in a row,
Leafless autumn did dominantly wither.

Whiter than the alabaster, that was my hair,
Wrinkled and crumbled looked my face,
With sunken eyes ever made my prayer,
What I saw that was of my own sad race.

Horror in the mirror, emotion did blaze,
Oh ! I saw my own dear father's face.

Birds Sang Lilies Danced !

With a sea of sorrow in his heart,
He wandered out, on a withered way,
With a heavy mind in search of a resort,
To find a green pasture miles away.

Drowned in worries as if in winter,
He found no spring in life all throughout,
Nowhere he found a new door to enter,
Life he thought, a burden without doubt.

In wilderness he saw lilies in multitude,
The whole valley looked like a paradise,
On trees birds were singing in gratitude,
Anxiety or worries did never ever arise.

Whenever in dampen spirits he recalled,
The birds that sang, the lilies that danced.
