To liberate the toiling bonded slaves,
Send your ghost to India with love,
Slaves do toil for their barons'estates.
You know some people on God's name,
Daily suffer inhuman indignity,
This on human history a blot,a shame,
Kept in slums segregated,as a colony.
Degrade them as Harijans,untouchables,
O ! You Father of Slaves defeat death,
Let not America live in fables
Outlaw casteism from the good earth.
Let everyone take Lincoln's torch,
To eradicate slavery in its march.
