A Syrophenician woman by nation a gentile Greek,
Her young daughter vexed with devil met the master,
Heard of Jesus fell at his feet and did speak,
Pleaded him,cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
Her daughter was grievously affected by the demon,
Jesus severely tested her faith by being so silent,
Children's bread to throw to dogs,not a good omen,
The dogs eat the crumbs of the children affluent.
Jesus said, 'O !woman great is thy faith ',
Go your way the devil is gone out of your daughter,
The woman on return found the devil ,gone out in truth,
The daughter was on the bed perfectly healed however.
The children of Israel,Roman,Gentile or whatever,
For Jesus faith alone that counts for graces for ever.
